02. Products & Prices
All prices shown on salonbyordo.com are in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time you complete checkout. We take reasonable care to ensure product information and images are accurate, but do not guarantee they are error-free.
03. Placing an Order
An order is placed by adding a product to your cart and completing payment at checkout. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we accept when we confirm and process your order. We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailable stock, in which case we will inform you and refund any payment already made.
04. Payment
Payment is made through the payment methods offered at checkout. Your order is only processed once payment has been confirmed.
05. Delivery
Delivery terms, areas and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the product is delivered to you or a carrier designated by you.
06. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

07. Legal Warranty
All products are covered by the statutory 2-year legal guarantee for defects that exist at the time of delivery, under Belgian and EU consumer law.

All content on this site — texts, images, logos, the modular design and the Salon by Ordo brand name — is protected and remains the property of Komtinordo bv. Nothing may be copied without prior written consent.
09. Liability
We strive for accurate and up-to-date information, but cannot guarantee that the site is free of errors or always available. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Belgian law (such as liability for death, personal injury, or intentional misconduct).
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the district of our registered office, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply in your country of residence. Consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
