This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made on salonbyordo.com from Komtinordo bv (VAT BE 1032.140.178), in accordance with Belgian and EU consumer law.
01. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
If you are a consumer buying a standard station (Small, Medium or Large) directly from salonbyordo.com, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, notify us within the 14-day period by emailing info@ordobox.be with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. You then have a further 14 days to send the product back to us.
02. Exception for Custom Configurations
Configurations built through our custom configurator, or any station modified to your specific requirements after ordering, are made to your specifications. Under Article VI.53, 3° of the Belgian Economic Law Code (implementing Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to such customised goods.
03. Condition of Returned Goods
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging where possible. You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the product.
04. Return Shipping Costs
Unless a product arrived damaged or incorrect, the direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.
05. Refunds
Once we receive the returned product (or proof that it has been sent back), we will refund the full purchase price, including the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for the order.
06. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact info@ordobox.be within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
07. Legal Warranty
All products sold on salonbyordo.com are covered by the statutory 2-year legal guarantee for defects that exist at the time of delivery, in accordance with Belgian and EU consumer law.
